Location is excellent. Guys on the reception desk were really nice and helpful in finding me a taxi at 03:00 after midnight. All in all, a very nice place to stay for a few days.

The booking process was quick and easy and the price was very good. It was easy to find and it had good facilities. It was also within walking distance to shops and a petrol station for further needs. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Would use again, and recommend to friends and family. The hotel was easy to find, there was free secure outside parking or a small charge for underground parking. Check in was straightforward and quick. The bedroom was clean , spacious and comfortable. Although the hotel had a restaurant, we took the short walk into a very pleasant and historic town with a good selection of restaurants. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. All the staff were very professional and friendly.

Very clean, very modern and above all very quiet at night. We loved it here. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were lovely and it's all within short walk of old-town Alcala. Would definitely stay here again
