Very lively, very touristy along beach area, more friendly in the old town area where you can have a meal without pointing to a printed picture! The stay at La Torre in Cambrils was super. Its not big but all the facilities you need were there. Great view and nice place to eat for luch and diner. Supermarkets in the surrounding etc. We would love to go again.

This is a place for those who want the sun, sand and the...
This is a place for those who want the sun, sand and the ocean. Nice walks along the promenade beside the marina and beyond. Prices in restaurants and for boat rides are very high. Architecturally, the 'old' town hasn't much to offer of interest and it's impossible to get a taxi from there. Been to Cambrils many times, I have family there. You’ll need a bit more than basic Spanish. Shops , bars and restaurants are plenty and prepare to queue, locals know what they want! Don’t take gbp , no where to change them , use your cards , you’ll get the option to pay in either currency.LisaUnited Kingdom

Great for family and kids I guess but not for couple who wants to have a chill holiday ,the hotel was packed even it’s not season yet . Location was great , it’s seafront and that was nice . Kitchen works fine, there is even a dishwasher, which is rare! Two bedrooms is perfect for a small Family. The apartment has a tastefully design. The beach is just outside, you can go there from the balcony. The beach has a long paved sidewalk that you can use with a baby buggy. It is a beautiful and vast beach.RomanGermany

We are a large family with 3 kids, so all of them were happy to swim in a pool, to play with great toys, which belong to the son of the owners. There many interesting books for kids as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable, daily cleaning and changing of towels. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu is varied and tasty. There is entertainment in the evening: for children, at first, and then for adults.
