The hotel and accommodation was excellent.
The hotel and accommodation was excellent. Couldnt ask for more, the room was large, roomy and no expense was spared. The balcony was good and overlooked the sea. The staff were very good, nothing was too much trouble for them. It is easy to get to the beach, just down a short road opposite the hotel. You can walk along the promenade and there are quite a few restaurants and chiringuitos. Come back inland two streets and you will find shops and quite a lot of bars and restaurants. Very interesting little town.
Very interesting little town. Some lovely shops and a super market on a Thursday. The fort is well worth a visit no charge at all for going in so very interesting and some fabulous old photographs. We've been going to Carboneras for many years and absolutely love this charming little village. We had stayed in Casabah in the past and the change in ownership did not make our experience any less amazing. Patrick and Anne are very welcoming and accommodating. They had great recommendations for restaurants and were helpful in all possible ways. We will definitely go back and stay with them when we return to Carboneras.
