Although we only spent 1 night there, we had a great time. Very well equipped, beautiful, spacious apartment, I can only write good things about it. The view from the apartment is amazing. The accommodation is located in a relatively narrow street, but it was possible to park on the street.

The host waited for us upon arrival and helped us with the parking. It was a nice welcome. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. We had a balcony and a terrace and also some sundbeds. We liked the modern interior and thoughtful welcome goodies. The hosts were very helpful and at our disposal. The apartment is located 5 min from everything in town and has a wonderful view with the ocean in sight. We'd definitely recommend staying.

    Typical Canarian village, close to the magnificent Parque Rural Teno. Have sone physical condition, the streets are very steep. Nice view from the top on the coast. About 45 min from Teide National Park (the absolute must of the island)

    Garachico is an unspoilt gem!

    Garachico is an unspoilt gem! Typically Spanish and traditional with beautiful buildings and a gorgeous central square. The beach is a rocky volcanic one but there is a lovely small cove where you can sit on the black sand or even swim! There is also a lovely small marina just at the edge of town to stroll to. The town has several lovely restaurants and gift shops but isn't overcrowded with touristy tat! I would throughly recommend.

    We enjoyed Garachico for its size, once the day visitors...

    We enjoyed Garachico for its size, once the day visitors have gone home there are plenty of lovely restaurants and caffès to choose from. For those who want a challenge there is a path up the peak behind Garachico. The views are spectacular, looking over the town and the lovely coastline. We would recommend using the public transport to get to other resorts, the buses are very clean and frequent. We ate at various places in Garachico ( booking is advisable at some). We particularly liked the Pizzeria Rugantino for the best hand made pizzas I’ve ever tasted ( and you can watch the chef making them) quite a skill ! You won’t find much on street parking in Garachico but the excellent Municipal car park was adequate and free.

    Garachico is perhaps the best choice for the island.

    Garachico is perhaps the best choice for the island. The southern and western sides are far too touristic and crowded. Garachico maintained its unique charm. In December, that means giving up on the sunsets, but I would not want to be on the other sides, fighting with the crowds.

    The positives is it was a small local town and it was attractive. It had plenty of restaurants and ice cream bars for a different place each night. Food was reasonably priced although quality was variable. The downside was you had to drive from there to most places and some of the roads were very bendy so often meant we were driving for long periods of time. Tip - I wouldn't recommend the step windy road to get into the town but drive the 1.5 km further to use a better road.

    The apartment is in the centre of town just a short walk...

    The apartment is in the centre of town just a short walk from the village square, there are many good restaurants and cafes. Garachico is a small village on the coast with wonderful views and once the tourist have gone home at night you are left with a very authentic experience sharing the village with locals.

    The apartment was very spacious, very clean and very well appointed. Everything was there including hair conditioner, herbs for cooking, espresso cups - everything. The decor is quirky and holiday inspiring. The location is excellent: bars, restaurants, historic parts, natural swimming pools, supermarket all within minutes. The bus stop is right opposite, the view is the best in Garachico. Our host took extra care to ensure the key pick up details were easy, and that we had arrived safely.

    Great location looking out on the natural pools across the road. Lovely breakfast provided by a bakery attached. Ornate traditional interiors. Loved Garachico. Quiet, charming spot with amazing buildings and scenery. There was a music school right by our open window which was lovely background entertainment in the evenings.

    Big and newly equiped apartment in the historical centre of Garachico. Everything went good without any major issue. Calm street, but at the same time very close to restaurants and shops. Parking possible right at the street (if you catch a spot) or in a huge free municipal parking in 1 minute walk.
