We has an amazing stay at the hotel, the hosts were extremely helpful even taking into account our unfortunate flight delay they've managed to check us in way after reception working hours, this was so kind, thank you! The room had everything we need, the bathtub was a bliss after days of hiking and the breakfast was very good - especially fresh juices <3

As soon as we stepped into the hotel, we were captivated by its rustic beauty. The building retains the traditional Spanish style, with white facades framed by carved wood, terracotta-tiled roofs, and vibrant flowers decorating the exterior. Each room maintains this traditional aesthetic, offering a perfect blend of refinement and comfort. Large windows allow the gentle sunlight to flood in. The hotel’s atmosphere is enhanced by impeccable hospitality. The staff, always attentive and smiling, made us feel at home, providing recommendations to help us discover the beauty of the place even more. Every detail, from the wooden furniture to the courtyard with a pool, creates a sense of tranquility and authenticity. Everything was perfect. My sister and I were here for a relaxation week and it was memorable. We are both visually impaired, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us when needed, and everyone was extremely pleasant. The duty manager, Myriam, was highly professional and insured we always got the help we needed. Thanks a lot also to Jason for showing us around. Alexa and the rest of the staff at the main restaurant were super helpful, and Joe from guest relations was also literally the nicest ever, he made sure we had a great time. The staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful at all times The bed was super comfortable, breakfast was great and varied. The cafe and pool bars all offer great service. The rooftop bar. is great, we loved the vibes and we got the best shisha ever, thanks Jony, if I got the name right 😄 We also enjoyed all the drinks we got. The spa and waterzone were also great. All the hotel areas smelled really good We are definitely coming back! 😊
