had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel is located right on the coast, just steps away from a beautiful beach, which was perfect for relaxing. It’s quite far from the city, so it’s ideal if you’re looking for peace and quiet by the sea. The breakfasts were delicious and offered a great variety every day. The pool was lovely, and the whole place was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.

The location is in the center of everything, yet on a quiet cozy corner so that you are not disturbed. The hotel is extremely clean, cozy and comfortable. I have never been welcomed like this, not even in a 5 star hotel. Cannot recommend it enough.

Location is excellent, right next to the plaza, with lots of great restaurants close by. We visited on new year's and the hotel shared with us the holiday traditions. The staff was very helpful and very available, even on these holidays. The room was equipped with al the necessaries for a trip (slippers, dental, dryer, iron).

The hotel offers the best approach to the old part of the city. Itßs a very comfortable Hotel with a very helpful and nice staff. Our price / offering relationship was perfect because we found a special offering. Parking is directly under the Hotel (Attenion: not easy to park with a large car !). Would book there the next time again. Great place. And with the old town nearby all kind of restaurants (for all kind of prices) are nearby.

My son and I had an extra-ordinary stay at Marquez House. John and Alvàrez went out of their way to make our stay in Valencia special. They had restaurant tips which were excellent, our room was splendid, the breakfast team was super nice and the food was very good. Marquez House has a wonderful location, central and quiet. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Beds are really comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Hotel is quiet and private. The location was phenomenal, right across the Mercado Central in the heart of the old city. Walkable distance to the famous Plaza de la Reina, Plaza del Ayuntamiento and other attractions. It was also easy to reach it from the airport - metro and a 10 min walk through the city. The staff was kind, helpful and accommodating - available 24 hours a day. We would choose the hotel again.
