The staff in the hotel were the most friendly and happy of anywhere we have stayed over 40 years of travelling around Spain.

The room was lovely and very clean. The location couldn't be better. Very good all round.

As the name suggests, a very central location. Lovely, lively bar opposite. Car parking was useful. Lady in reception when I checked in, and throughout my stay, was cheerful, attentive and provided some useful advice on what to see and do. I ate at the restaurant she recommended and it was also excellent. Shower was nice and powerful.

Todo en general. Ha sido espectacular.

The design of hotel was unexpectedly perfect, I was impressed of this combination of antique and avant-garde. Room, bathroom, air-condition, interior of the room, equipment, all things were perfect. And staff were also very friendly

The design and gardens are relaxing and beautiful

This is a beautiful old mansion reconfigured as a hotel. It has easy, great parking. Our hire car, Peugeot 5008, fit easily in the car park. The staff were absolutely fabulous and helpful in every way. The person on reception came outside when we arrived to open the garage door for us and assured us our car would fit. Later she gave us a map of Almagro and made suggestions for a walk to the Plaza Major and later made further suggestions for a restaurant. Unfortunately, that restaurant had a private booking, so she helped us find another place that was fine. The room was spacious and comfortable, as was the bed. The linen had handmade lace, which was beautiful. In the refrigerator, there were two bottles of water. Our bathroom had a spa bath, a separate shower and toilet and bidet with two sinks and good lighting. Breakfast was plentiful with the usual cheese, ham, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, breads, all manner of pastries, cereals, fresh orange juice, coffee, teas, chocolate, hot and cold milk and the potato omelette was delicious. There were other bottled juices, tomato purée with olive oil was available for toast. Plenty of jams and spreads for toast. Cakes, brownies and delicious tiny shortbreads, made it difficult to choose. We had a balcony on the street and there was no noise. Almagro is a very special town of 8500+ populations with a dozen immaculate monuments. The plaza Mayor is a true Spanish jewel. Do decide to stay here. I asked for thinner pillows and there were two extras waiting on the bed. Great aircon, a good lift all the way from the totally secure parking garage and full of lovely, friendly staff. I give it a 10!
