I was thoroughly impressed by the staff. After enduring a long flight, boat journey, and bus ride, we finally arrived close to midnight—around 23:30—when most people would typically be asleep. Despite the late hour, we were warmly welcomed by the full reception team. They served us refreshing drinks and swiftly facilitated our check-in process. To our pleasant surprise, they kept the restaurant open solely for us, ensuring that we had a chance to eat before retiring for the night. What's more, the food we were served was simply surreal—every dish was a delightful explosion of flavors that left us utterly satisfied. I was sincerely astounded by their exceptional service. It was absolutely fantastic.

Nice place close to the beach with tons of food (even too much if you have no self control; we didn't and ended up eating too much!). The pool and events seemed nice as well, but the nearby beaches were too beautiful and we preferred to stay on the beach all the time.

We stayed here for 7 days and everything was perfect! The food is delicious, the location is very convenient - public transport, beaches, restaurants, shops, car/bike rentals. Great pools with enough outside beds, great spa area. Staff is very welcoming. The beach nearby is very nice!

When we entered the hotel we smelled a wonderful fragrance in the air. The interior design is amazing. Our suite on the third floor was breathtaking. The beach is approx. 5-10 min on foot. Me and my wife are vegetarian and we loved our breakfast and dinner very much. Excellent, healthy and plenty of food!!! We highly recommend it!

We sincerely enjoyed our stay and would love to be back again soon! The staff was amazing and we felt very welcome. Thanks again to everyone for making our stay great. Our room was always clean, I also enjoyed the gym and could do my exercise just fine, we liked the breakfast variety and complimentary voucher for dinner. Entertainment was also great, although we haven't attended too many of them, we thought the options were nice and everyone could pick what they liked!

It was one of the best experiences, everyone was so kind, the service was amazing and practically everything is included in the price (no tricks with all inclusive). They even thought of the little things and every day there was another surprise (from ice cream deliveries to kids shows,…). Our 2 year old had a blast. We will be back.

wow this place is amazing the staff can't help you enough and the selection of food is also amazing. the rooms are large and comfortable. there is a good selection of all inclusive drinks easy access to the beach and everything is kept to a high standard. we had entertainment each night. there are shops and bars across the road we will deffinatley return in the near future.

    Nice area with plenty of shops.

    Nice area with plenty of shops. The beach was nice but I suggest to move around, the isle of Mallorca has many nice coves! There are bus that goes pretty much everywhere in the Island (up to the Formentor Lighthouse!), but renting a car is pretty cheap. We visited several coves, and Palma aquarium with its huge shark tank!

    Playa de Muro is pretty much a spot I would recommend to anyone traveling to Mallorca for the first time. The variety of hotels and Airbnbs are pretty much for everyone. The beach itself is very nice and very good if you have kids. The balance between day and night life is also amazing as you have the variety of the restaurants and shops. Be aware that its a beach town so pretty much add +30/40% to every price tag for everything. You can get around this by shopping inland.

    Playa de Muro is a lovely place suitable for a family vacation with children. The area is quiet, the beach is clean and the water is shallow for a long time, which gives parents peace of mind when it comes to their children. The vendors were not pushy and the views allowed you to enjoy your vacation. There are many places where you can eat decently and the menu is varied enough that everyone will find something for themselves. The shops right by the beach definitely charge extra so it's worth thinking about what you need in advance. Getting to the beach is easy and there are plenty of free parking spots around the beach

    Wonderful stay.

    Wonderful stay. Beach was lovely and excellent hotel given it is 4 star. We stayed in other hotels in Alcudia Bay and this was by far the best. We stayed in hotel suites as we were a family of 3, with my teenage daughter.

    The beach is beautiful with fine white sand and crystal clear water. The entrance to the sea is very gentle, suitable even for small children, and the water overall has a beautiful azure color. You feel like you are in the Caribbean :)

    The hotel is gorgeous. There really is not anything I could think of that I would change. If I was to be ultra picky the pillows didn’t suit my personal preference but that is literally it. We had a wonderful stay as a family and would 100% go back! The building is gorgeous, clean, very well maintained and a stone through from the beach, which was also lovely. The food at the hotel was gorgeous too, catering for all. A little on site shop offered essentials if needed. We left our holiday sad it wasn’t longer! Thank you Prinsotel! :)

    Wonderful hotel perfect for a family stay. Resort grounds are spotlessly clean and beautiful. The staff everywhere is polite, friendly and helpful. Food is tasty and varied. There is a fun atmosphere by the pool and a ton of activities for kids throughout the day. Our toddler loved the waterslides. The beach is easy to access, wide, sandy with mountain bay views. Nearby there is a park with a scenic jogging path and a supermarket if you need to buy some essential. Everything you need for a great vacation.

    We liked the whole experience at Garden Saladina. We would definitely recommend and come back. The location it's a bit far from beach. Still in a fair walking distance. Was not a problem for us because we had car which by the way we could park in the hotel parking., and anyway we wanted to go other beaches that need a car. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Pool area is really beautiful, pleasant and there was space for everyone. Breakfasts were really good (very diverse buffet).

    A fantastic option for a relaxing stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, there's a number of pool options on site, a couple of bars, great breakfast included and dinner available - which is better than many of the nearby restaurants! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and include a balcony. We wanted a relaxing family break and it was perfect.
