The hotel met our expectations! The breakfast and dinner were very tasty, although the quality of the drinks could be improved. If you enjoy a proper cappuccino or espresso, be prepared for instant coffee instead. The quiet surroundings were a big plus, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The swimming pool was a highlight with its heated water and reasonable length, perfect for a swim. Additionally, the staff was very kind and attentive. The room was spacious and tidied up every day, and there was fast internet provided. I celebrated my birthday during our stay and was pleasantly surprised to receive a card with wishes and candies from the hotel – a completely unexpected but very thoughtful gesture!

The location of the hotel is just super. Right on the ocean - with stunning views from the window. The hotel owns a small cozy park with several heated swimming pools. LoroPark is a five-minute walk from the hotel, and an excellent black sand beach is ten minutes away. The hotel serves a delicious, varied breakfast. We initially stayed for one night - ended up extending it for 4 - we loved the atmosphere so much.

All in the hotel was new, modern and beautifully clean throughout, service was Truly Professional with Smiling Staff Members and we felt welcomed at all times. Poolside had awesome panoramic view and also to enjoy most magical sunset ;o) Bar also had amazing ambience with views over Puerto de la Cruz. Waking up with singing of local peacocks next door banana plantation in the early morning through open window, made mornings extra special, "like icing in the cake' at least we loved it ;o) Would I recommend AluaSoul Orotava Valley, Absolutely Si, Yes !
