The hotel affords stunning views of both the ocean and the mountains, the grounds are lush and the pools lovely - great place to just kick back and relax. A great base for exploring Puerto De La Cruz, Oratava, La Laguna etc (there is a bus stop right outside with good regular routes if you don't have a car). We didn't do the all-inclusive as we enjoy exploring local food and drink options, but we did enjoy the wonderful buffet breakfast (the outside terrace with views towards Mount Teide is a perfect place for a morning coffee). The evening entertainment was varied, but again we prefer exploring the area to didn't see much - but we did see the magic show which was great. Staff were superb, friendly and very genuine and helpful. The rooms are all huge apartments, and, though a little dated, comfortable and seemed well-insulated, and the jacuzzi was welcome after a day exploring!
