Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Conversion from 13th century convent to boutique hotel was very tastefully done, ensuring many of its original features were evident. The lovely gardens provide space , tranquility and relaxation. Came here in march by accident returned again as I found it on booking dot com it was much cheaper through them it’s a fantastic hotel and all the staff are super nice I was still able to communicate with them and were very helpful I will be staying there again next year

The welcome. The dinner was wonderful and breakfast just what we wanted. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom sparkling and new. The decor and furnishing was quirky and unusual but so nice! Location was perfect for our overnight on way to Santander.
