Wonderful renovated guest house in the main square of the Herrera del Duque. Everything is decorated with a exquisite taste. Breakfast is served in a domed dining room or in a typical courtyard. Very kind and helpful staff, a nice bar and good breakfast! The room was clean, well maintained and equipped, with comfortable mattresses. We even tried the pool, it was fine for a late evening splash :) It is obvious that the hotel has lost some of its original features, but it still has its lovely charm. It was a perfect one night stay on our road trip with my husband.

Very clean and modern - quite peaceful and extremely responsive host. The pool is a massive bonus because it is a very hot area in August - 40 degrees. There are plenty of supermarkets to buy stuff that you need. The breakfast was ok ! Not sure if it was worth the price though.
