Everything was perfect.
Everything was perfect. The location is fantastic in close proximity to great shops, restaurants, the beach and a castle. The staff were helpful with parking our car and making us an early picnic breakfast because we had to leave early. Be sure to arrange that when you check in. Everything was in walking distance. Nice city not overly loud. Great restaurants and beautiful beaches. The castle was fantastic and safe the statue of Ava Gardner to honor her visit and work on the film “Pandora and the and the Flying Dutchman. Great town so many nice people all very helpful. We had stayed in Lloret de Mar which was about 20 minutes south of Tossa de Mar. That city was much more crowded. It is a major tourist spot and the only problem was the noise all night long from the visitors. I being older and more into quiet spots, after the second day went to Tossa de Mar which is much less touristy. If you want to party Lloret is the place to go. But, Tossa was a better place for me and my family. All in all Tossa was a great place.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Unfortunately, the stay did not match the images and descriptions shown on Booking.com and the hotel’s website. Specifically: The photos give the impression of a hotel with direct, unobstructed sea views, which was not the case in reality. Instead, there is a public parking lot and a busy boat docking area in front of the hotel, significantly obstructing the view. Really didn't expect such a high quality resort. homely, and safe. good variety of excellent restaurants, and shops, access to the beach and water was so easy. So pretty and even though it was July it didn't feel too busy, nice boat trips available and of course the beautiful castle to explore. The room is simple very clean and smells so nice. Tossa de Mar is crowded and relatively speaking the hotel is quiet. Guests are not some numerous and it makes it so cosy. The breakfast was really very good with excellent products most are local and delicious fruits and local cheese and ham. The roads are around are so flowery and so clean.
