For us, this was the worst experience we've ever had in more...
For us, this was the worst experience we've ever had in more that 25 years of our active travelling. Significantly delayed by a huge traffic jam, we came 15 minutes after the official closing time for the check-in. Nobody was there, and they did not bother to leave the key for us somewhere, which is a common practice in most hotels. I called the telephone number that was shown in the reservation, but the lady informed me in French (she did not speak English) that neither she nor anybody else would come because we were late. I reminded her that we had made a 100% prepayment, to which she answered that she was sorry but she would not be able to help us. Finally, we had to seek another hotel in the middle of the night, which took us almost two hours. So we lost our money and got a lot of stress in return. Honestly, I would plea for this hotel to be closed by the authorities. This level of service should not be accepted in the industry.Guest review byVladimirNetherlands
