The kind and enthusiastic front desk staff made us travelers from Taiwan feel very welcome. The price was reasonable, the refrigerator was stocked with a generous breakfast, and sauna products were provided in the room, which was wonderful!

We saw Aurora Borealis from the hotel. I recomend it 100%. The staff is great and it's a good option to get the hotel vehicle from Santa Claus Village to the hotel. The restaurant is good.

We stayed at Markku’s house for 2 nights and, definitely, would have stayed longer! It was a really nice stay: the house was clean and cozy and, even though it is a 15 min drive away from Rovaniemi and Santa Claus Village, this gives you an extra easy opportunity for Aurora hunting (as at night there is not a lot of light)! In addition, Markku was really welcoming and helpful, he explained everything when we arrived, he even prepared the sauna for us and lent us specific shoes for ice so that we could do our excursions safely. We really recommend staying here!

Cute little cottage just outside Rovaniemi. The owner Jari was very kind and gave a thorough introduction to the cottage. Our daughter enjoyed roasting marshmallows in the fireplace and sledding down the little hill in front of the cottage.

Nice staff, fantastic breakfast, room was spacious. Location was very good. For visiting with kids, the hotel struck a nice balance been high standard and "fancy", and also chilled and kid friendly. You could go here as a couple, or a family of 5+ and find it welcoming and comfortable. Great location to balance the Santa/Lapland craziness with the convenience of the city

The live egg counter was good and the blue berry powder in the breakfast service. Unfortunately for dinner service they has a vegetarian lasagne which they only had served 1 dish for and which finished and that was there only main dish. So a lot of people like myself were very dissapointed with not serving enough food and only having 1 main dish.
