Spectacular stay. Great room in historic chateau. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lovely breakfast brought to our room. We ate at the restaurant which was superb. Chef Maria Rodriguez - a star!

Massive room with large comfortable bed and good size shower. Room had a/c, which did drip water by the electrics! Would certainly stay again

Breakfast was adequate, nothing exceptional. However the evening meal was excellent, very friendly and helpful staff. Plus exceptionally comfortable beds!

I had a very enjoyable overnight stay with a friend and two little doggies. This is a family run hotel, with the staff personal and engaging. Everbody made us feel welcome, trying in English and my broken Spanish, we got along perfectly well!. Tesla destination charger available for my EV meant we could start the next day with a full "tank". Dinner in the restaurant was good quality French cuisine, with two delightful and friendly ladies taking care of us (with the help of Google translate). No effort was too much for the staff to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel fronts onto a large lake that was perfect for a sundowner stroll with the dogs. While some reviewers complained about the size of the rooms, these were entirely adequate for an overnight stay on a road trip, clean and comfortable beddings with quality linen. We will be back on our return journey.

    Nice to visit the castles around and enjoy the scenery. A small lake for swimming some miles ahead. There are a number of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood as well. The village itself is very small and has no shops or stores.
