My stay at the hotel was fantastic! I found it in one of the best locations in the beautiful city of Annecy — it was literally steps away from the center of the city. It was well situated as it was walking distance to all the major shops and must see attractions. The staff was also very kind and hospitable; they took their time to guide me as far as suggesting their own personal recommendations and directions. The hotel itself was incredibly beautiful and very unique — everywhere you looked there was intricate artwork. I felt as though I time traveled as it was very art deco and cool. The room also was very cozy and clean. Had I had time, I would have extended but will definitely stay again

The room was spacious enough to accommodate 2 adults and an extra bed (not a sofa bed). There was a microwave downstairs and an eating area where you could have your meals (bring your cutleries). There is a vending machine selling various coffees and snacks. The staff were helpful and polite. There is a big supermarket within walking distance of the hotel. There's the public bus going into town, within walking distance from the hotel (you'll need to change buses at some point in the journey). The journey is about 40 minutes.

The hotel was in the perfect location in centre of Annecy right on the canal. Restaurant was fantastic and food was good. Breakfast was great too. Room was modern and bed was very comfortable - newly renovated rooms. They even had proper hairdryers which was awesome! Staff were wonderful and we had an amazing stay.
