The only unattractive town in the area as far as we could see. There are beautiful villages and countryside all around with many historic buildings, chateaux and wonderful gardens - this town has none of that!

I used to stay at this hotel a lot till about 8 years ago. And it used to be a good hotel, very decent. But now it’s one of the worst hotels I’ve been in. I know 2 stars hotels which are way better than this. This definitely doesn’t deserve its 3 stars qualification.

Friendly couple who run the hotel (and do everything themselves), decent room with bath and garage for secure cycle parking. Simple but tasty breakfast (no croissants) but fresh bread and cake and wide assortment of home made jams

The room was very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was bike friendly and have a lockable room for bikes which was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the centre of town, parking at the rear of the hotel. Room was quiet which was great, didn’t hear any outside noise.
