Everything was amazing! The location, the hospitality, food, fire, wine, atmosphere….VIRGINIE is the most incredible host and the other VIRGINIE is equally as amazing! We felt like family….which made it hard to leave even after only 5 days! We will absolutely, certainly be back! Auberge de La Foret made our family holiday one of the best yet. Beautiful old property with delightful gardens backing onto the river. The water falls are a short walk away but the path is a bit rocky and uphill so you need to be reasonably physically fit. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and the staff delightful.

The food was amazing, the staff were super helpful, it seemed they couldn't do enough for us :) i highly recommend this place if you want a lovely relaxing stay, with high quality food. Ps go for the half board!!

Dorm room: Great beds, with curtains and lots of space. Kitchen in the room which was weird but kinda good. Super clean and new facilities and a gym and sauna!

The staff was superb. Especially Amaya. She waited for us on a late arrival and recommended some nice restaurants on the area. The breakfast fine, not exceptional but ok. The location its ok for Alpe dú ez and Deux Alps. I recommend the Oberland hotel 100%
