The property was excellent in terms of location, staff, and amenities. The room was small but beautifully designed, which is why I chose the smallest option. The other rooms are much more spacious. However, they've overcome this small size with a superb design, creating a space where you can cook, eat, and sleep comfortably. The kitchen equipment was new, clean, and functional. If you don't want to cook in your room, there are two large, spotless kitchens on the terrace. If I ever go to Lyon again, I would definitely choose this hotel. Its proximity to the metro and train lines made my stay a breeze. The staff was also always friendly and helpful.

It was just an overnight pit stop for us but this hotel was very clean, smelled nice, lovely room and bathroom, great facilities and the best thing was that it had a smart tv so we were able to stream our media services. When you’re in a country where the English language is not the predominant language so you’re constantly having communication difficulties day to day it’s nice to go back to your room and just watch something that you’re used to watching and in English. It’s a small detail but very much appreciated.

My overall experience at Ruck Hotel was great. The staff was very kind and they went above and beyond to fulfill any requests I had. The pick up at the airport was really appreciated and it made my travel very smooth. The food offered in the restaurant was excellent and so was the service there. The hotel itself was about 20 minutes drive from the Old Lyon and about same from the airport. It was perfectly close to my business place.
