Everything. Spotlessly clean, it is a green hotel that is doing its best to be environmental friendly. The staff are really kind and professional, the room was lovely with super comfortable beds, the breakfast absolutely enjoyable. Will definitely stay again

This is an excellent hotel, clean, spacious, good beds and outstanding staff. We brought our three dogs with us, which was no problem, but were told that we could not bring them in the breakfast room (perfectly understandable for us) when we booked, so we did not book the breakfast. Upon arrival we were asked if we wanted breakfast the day after as well: we indicated that we had the dogs with us and the friendly employee told us that indeed the breakfast room was not possible, but we could take breakfast in the bar/salon. After a good sleep we went to the bar/salon in the morning and another friendly employee even set the table for us and brought water for the dogs, an excellent service! The breakfast itself was also outstanding with a large choice, so everyone will have something to their liking. Furthermore, the hotel is located around at an excellent spot in the city center and the possibility to reserve a parking space was great. A message for the hotel manager: please give our compliments to your staff, they really know the meaning of hospitality!

easy to find with car park underground. costs 10e and must be prebooked, we just sent a message through booking.com and they sent the access PIN code. Hotel was newly refurbished, beautiful creams and neutrals in the public areas. Rooms spacious and clean. Location to town, short walk

The hotel has been open two weeks. Was new and fabulous. The club lounge concept for guests was a first we have seen. We could relax in the club area and not be in our room. The complimentary lounge snacks were appreciated. Breakfast was expansive. Location is short walk to the magnificent old town. The car parking was private and is first in first serve. We would have preferred to be able to book a carpark as we are driving an old classic. Staff were super helpful and gave us a map of the town which was very helpful. Affordable price. Lovely laid out rooms. Aircon had some issues but the staff helped. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu was varied and our order was cooked to perfection, particularly my husband's blue steak...he loved it.
