I would like to recognize absolutely incredible efforts of the reception team who made our stay truly exceptional. I think it was one of the best treatment I have ever experienced in hospitality. The team made sure we have comfort from the beginning and prepared all possible reservations for the dinners and parties as well as provided a very useful guidance and was extremeky tolerant to our delays. We really liked the location of the hotel, with direct access from the lobby to the city center. The hotel lobby was spacious and vibrant, creating a great first impression. Great location with a huge room. Very clean and more modern than other hotels in Pralong. Breakfast was limited to cook your own eggs and pancakes with some continental options. I would have expected more cooked options but overall a nice and comfortable stay.
