We stayed in the two bed room duplex apartment. It was very peaceful , comfortable and situated in a quiet neighborhood, there is however not much to do around. If you have a car then its best to stay here overnight and visit Geneva and also other French villages during day hours. Also its a great place for kids. The balcony and free outdoor parking was also a plus point.

Amazing service. This is an expensive hotel but the staff were amazing particularly Mathew. The food was particularly good, the French restaurant food was great. View of the mountains and grounds are beautiful.

Outstanding professionality and friendliness of staff, both in the Hotel and in the adjacent Vesuvio restaurant at all times. I had breakfast in the Vesuvio regularly and went there twice for dinner.

I don't recommend the room was so tiny even 1-person can't...

I don't recommend the room was so tiny even 1-person can't stay. In the room picture they mentioned 3 beds, but it was bunker bed. Travelling was big issue and no public transport available in time and i cont. get uber many times. It was my worst experience.

I booked on the basis of easiest access to return a hire car to the French side of Geneva Airport and cost for three adults to stay overnight prior to an early morning flight. This hotel exceeded our expectations in what it delivers for the price. Friendly and professional mask-wearing staff (I believe Katalina?) who upgraded our room in respect of my mobility issues and (I believe Katarina?) who gave us a wonderful recommendation to a local restaurant for the best pizza ever. The room was clean and spacious enough for three adults, with one double and one single bed. Good shower, a window which opened, a desk, clothes cupboard. Based on previous comments re room size we were pleasantly surprised as the room, the caring and professional service, a very secure gated carpark etc all exceeded our expectations. Airport is a 5 minute drive away. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Everything would have been perfect except for the faulty air...

Everything would have been perfect except for the faulty air-conditioning. I suggest you check regularly to make sure that all amenities are in order before renting out the rooms. We had an over-all nice stay

Super clean and comfortable beds - secure parking - free - easy to find although a bit disconcerting it was in the middle of an industrial park. No reception - had to go to the neighbouring hotel which if late at night with small kids would be a bit confusing and stressful. Beds very comfortable - rooms sparse but for an early morning departure or late night flight arrival it’s perfect - didn’t see any airport shuttle but we had a hire car so not a problem.

Location of the hotel is perfect for the airport, for the price the hotel is ideal, clean and tidy and having breakfast included is very good value. Room is a decent size and facilities are good value yet again for the price paid.

We arrived by car so the location was comfortable! Parking is just outside the hotel! Rooms a bit small but beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly & breakfast satisfying!
