We liked everything - the location is fantastic right next to the train station, the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful, the rooms were well laid out and everything was still very clean and new. The television is huge and the picture/sound quality was good. Nice complimentary toiletries. Due to lack of electric kettle in the room the night receptionist was kind enough to fill our flask with hot water so that we could have a hot drink on the train as we had to be at the Station for 5.30 am!

The staff offered us an upgrade since we were getting married in Wambrechies that weekend. That was really kind. We could practice our dance in a room much bigger than the one we initially booked. The restaurant and bar were really nice as well. Staff was really helpful and arranging. Thanks again

Lively hotel with good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Problem we got was solved directly. Good breakfast with fresh orange juice, good selection of bread, ham, cheese etc. to go coffee mugs which was great if you don’t have so much time in the morning. Very clean rooms and comfy beds.

The 12 euro breakfast was worth it. Very friendly staff, located in a quiet place but still well connected to the centre. and close to quite a few restaurants and grocery store. The entire stay felt very relaxing and comfortable

    Great for short or business trip.

    Great for short or business trip. Not ideal for week or more stay. Not much around and restaurant only open from about 7pm and not open every evening. Easy to find and get to, not far from main roads. Good 5 minute drive by car to find any shops, maybe more to find a takeaway. 10 minutes plus 1 night to find a pizza shop! Supermarkets 10-15 minutes drive away. Kettle in room, but we bought some new mugs as only had small cup. Bathroom was clean and good shower. Bed ok, but not great pillows. Only French tv channels.

    We arrived at 21h55, but a bit of confusion over when check in closed, as booking.com stated 22h00, but on the door it had 21h45. The hotel tried to contact us during the day, but due to a problem with my voicemail, I didn't retrieve the message until the following day. However, we rang the emergency number & when we tried the key safe code given, we couldn't open the key safe. At that point, a very nice lady came across & resolved the issue for us. Very helpful staff both in the evening & the morning.

    The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Plenty of parking outside the hotel. Breakfast had reserved tables, so don't worry about losing a space. reasonable selection of breakfast, but not great. Staff were pleasant, but rooms are separate from reception, so have to walk out to get any help or info.

    It is located just outside the motorway, with many trucks parked around. The hotel is a modern building that looks like containers. I asked for the first-floor room to have more fresh air. The guys at the reception were super helpful and kind, and they made a difference!

    Its location is wonderful for ongoing travel. Hotel is just over the border into France. The hotel is cheap and cheerful. One member of staff spoke excellent English.
