The hotel is absolutely beautiful!!!clean comfortable with a very friendly and smiling staff! It is near to everything with many options for food and shopping. Comfy, clean apartment with sufficient kitchen accessories. Coffee machine with caps, tee. External roller shutter, so you can make your room dark for better sleep. Close to train and metro. I've parked my car in near shopping center (8-10 min walk).

    This is a lovely Paris suburb, peaceful and quiet.

    This is a lovely Paris suburb, peaceful and quiet. And it's really versatile and with its unpredictably changing look, it definitely attracts people who like variety. There are many beautiful streets to walk and sights to see, including the old cemetery (ancien cimétière) of Rosny-sous-Bois. There's also a range of places to eat out in the area, including Turkish, Indian, and Brazilian cuisine and seafood. I really enjoyed dining at the Turkish place (I went there at least twice) located some 200 yards away from the Coteaux Beauclair subway station, in front of the Domus shopping mall. And, the best shopping center in the neighbourhood must be the Westfield mall, which is just within a few minutes' walk from the nearest metro.

    I'm sorry to.my partner for booking this place if I had the money I would of changed the hotel for our second night. Messaged booking.com the 1st day I was there about my concerns in fact I'm going to demand a refund disappointing to say the least thinking about this place wants to.make me cry

    I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are comfortable and offer great value for money. The hotel has a large outdoor and underground parking area, making it very convenient for guests with cars. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and efficient, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

    The rental property was like my home. The connection to central Paris was easy as was finding the apartment, thanks to Theo's directions in advance. The apartment has 2 rooms and a living room with a huge TV where if you are video game lovers you can relax after a walk in the city. I will definitely be back next year for the Olympics. Thanks Theo.

    The property was great value for money, it was close to a McDonald’s and a little fancy restaurant which is literally right next door. Also a 15 minute walk to the train station to get to central Paris,30 minute drive to Disneyland and 20 minute to CDG airport. I also liked the little arcade machine at reception that was a very good touch.
