Everything was really clean, cozy, quiet. We travelled with our dog and we were given a corner bedroom, a very spacious one. We were alaos authorized to bring him to the restaurant side, a rarity in hotels, which allowed to better enjoy the dinner which was also delicious.

The location of this hotel was perfect for the purpose of our trip. We wanted to be a walking distance to the location ( MEDECIN SANS FRONTIERS) we went to every day , and we were. Wonderful and helpful staff, decent breakfast, very good value for the money. I do recommend it.

Great location, directly opposite the tram stop going into town or to the airport. We even walked to the airport, which is within easy walking distance. Clean room and bathroom. 24 hour desk was a great perk, as well as the fact that we could store our luggage there on the last day. Air-conditioning worked well.

Our host Jessica was amazingly helpful in allocating rooms for a large party and for fitting us in at breakfast for an early start. She was also helpful in many small ways, such as opening check in at a different time to accommodate us all, helping us to get taxis etc, The communication before we arrived and when we arrived was excellent. The location was very convenient for the No 1 bus to/from the airport and into Merignac and Bordeaux.

Great location, within a 5 minutes walk from a tram station that leave you at the airport in 10 minutes. There are supermarkets and restaurants in a walking distance, even some fast-food joints if you arrive late at night. But even better than the location is the service, the comfy bed and AC makes for a great sleep, it’s been a while since I had such a good night. The complementary water bottles were just what I needed after a long flight. The room even has its own boiler so you can have one of the instant coffees they give you in each room. A fantastic experience, sadly it was only for one night but if I ever get back to Bordeaux I make sure to book the same room. Thank you for all your service.
