This is a lovely, old pub/hotel with many quaint features. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. The shower was excellent! The staff in the bar and restaurant were really friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was superb. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although things are older, everything was clean and in good working order. Things in the room were replenished every day. The downstairs pub and restaurant is convenient and high quality. The food comes quickly and especially the seafood I found outstanding. A beautiful cottage, very clean with lots of space , log fire and was furnished to a high standard. The views and the grounds were amazing and we had plenty of walks and visits to the nearby beaches and nature reserve. We visited nearby North Berwick which we loved . On arrival the welcome was warm and friendly and very informative. We stayed in for a meal and the food was lovely. Again the friendly service was outstanding. The room was basic but clean with everything you would need. Breakfast, food was lovely and again staff friendly and helpful. Very accommodating with our greyhound.
