I mainly go to Bridlington in Sept for the Comicon at the Spa. Other than that we have tended to avoid finding it a bit chavvy. It does seem to have settled down a bit though we weren't out much in the evening as the pub culture got into full swing. Bridlington is a lovely, traditional, seaside town on the east coast of Yorkshire. Beautiful views and plenty of places to visit nearby such as Sewerby Hall, gardens and small zoo, and the animal park. A boat trip is a must on a nice day. There is a range of entertainment on offer at Brid Spa, a variety of beach huts are available and accessibility is good for less mobile visitors. A traditional British seaside town with plenty to do. The fish restaurant capital of the world. South beach is amazing and the town has everything you need. Bridlington is our favourite location come here every year. The people are great and so friendly. Good variety of shops and restaurants to suit all budgets. The East Riding of Yorkshire Council are simply the best and together with the SPA make a fantastic venue for our darts event every year. Great people to work with, nothing is too much trouble.
