i loved staying at this fascinating hotel it oozes history and is situated on the high street a few minutes from the station the area was very busy with visitors and when the evening came the pubs and restaurants were very vibrant the hotel is so conveniant i was back just a few minutes after my night out

Everything was great. The staff is very friendly, always helpful and always has a smile on their faces. The location on the lake is indescribably beautiful. The lake view rooms are unique. Dogs are welcome in this hotel. There are guidelines, but these are not a problem for dog owners. We would like to say thank you to the entire team for this relaxing stay. We would love to come back. Location was quite near to the Strood station, staffs were genuinely helpful, room was nice and cozy and clean. Had everything I needed in the room including heater, iron with board, dryer and kettle, tea/coffee with milk and good sized TV. Bed was comfortable with table and a good sofa chair. Toilet was good as well, looked very clean. Most importantly, my husband had come for training and had fever whole night which kept me awake and I requested to stay a bit later than the check out time to get some sleep and the staffs were extremely helpful and understanding. Would love to stay here again. Definitely recommend.

Right in centre of town, very comfy bed. Staff were very friendly. Room had good breeze from open windows and pedestal fan. Bathroom spacious with bath and shower, lovely and hot.
