Very disappointing stay.
Very disappointing stay. Staff were rude and unhelpful - especially at breakfast. Dining staff Bella’s behaviour was shockingly unprofessional and not acceptable. Dirty, smelly rooms, one with a broken bed. Complaints were brushed off with a simple “sorry.” We booked 4 rooms for family visiting from Canada and deeply regret choosing this hotel. Carrbridge is an attractive quiet village with woodland walks around it. It has a shop, garage (cheap petrol) and a cafe. The Landmark attraction is great for children and the Highland Wildlife Park is not far - both great activities.Guest review byHelenUnited Kingdom - 6.0
It was very peaceful.
It was very peaceful. The staff Gina was helpful when we arrived. It was a bit far from anywhere walking. The lodge was adequate and the kitchen was fully equipped. However the cooker was old and while clean wasn’t very nice. Some of the buttons were worn and difficult to use. The heating was adequate. The bed felt hard and too narrow. We didn’t eat out so can’t comment on eating places. However it wasn’t far from Aviemore. We visited the ski centre, Loch Garten and Loch Morlich.Guest review byAgnesUnited Kingdom - 6.0

It well located for a quite time but close enough to Carrbridge. There's a very quiet forest across the road that has lots of paths for walking/cycling. The hot tub was superb and used every day. The games room has table tennis, darts, large Jenga etc and a haven for family fun. Overall, the best cottage we've staying in for some time and would definitely stay again. They quoted £130 for bed and breakfast but when we looked at booking.com it was £99 so we booked that way instead. New furniture, beds and garden furniture have further improved what was already a great house to spend a relaxing break in. Very clean, with everything you could need.
