the location, it was next to a river which was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were warm and very clean and comfortable with a nice hot shower The restaurant menu had a a lot of choice and the food was excellent.

Great location, lovely atmosphere with amazing cafe downstairs and upstairs snugg for relaxing, making a cuppa and watching TV or reading. Staff very friendly and beds super comfy. Definitely recommend and we will certainly be back when in the area.

Ideal location for exploring the West country and it's coast! Super helpful, welcoming, hosts, beautifully presented, very comfortable, spotlessly clean accommodation. Some lovely unexpected extras, for drinks, cooking and toiletries. Perfect self catering with a private patio, for a couple or single person. A real gem 💎 There is nothing not to enjoy!

The attention to detail in the cabin is just amazing, the cabin is covered with everything you could possibly need for your stay, having said that if you need anything the hosts would do everything to accommodate a meaningful request. The location speaks for itself giving you the absolute quietness and tranquillity that Devon offers, the view from the cabin over looks the orchard and the rolling hills which at my stay were occupied with sheep. Please make sure that you allocate one evening at the cabin and use the outside fire pit, this made my stay just that little bit extra ...... or was it the extra beers? The local village is extremely friendly and the food at the Exeter pub is amazing, especially the Sunday roast, please make sure that if you book the hideaway cabin you find and use all the local stores and venues. :-)

Beautiful interesting house, you stay in a top floor suite. Plenty of space. Lovely views of garden and countryside. Fresh flowers in room. Homemade jams, bread and chutney. Delicious cooked breakfast in gorgeous conservatory. Lovely hosts.
