Very nice accomodation with a busy restaurant (at evenings) but very tasty local cuisine. Our room was spacious, enough for a 2+2 family. The owner and all staff was very nice, there is a small "farm" with a children playground - appreciated. Breakfasts were nice and tasty.

Lovely pub and room, very typical. We loved the availability of the staff, they allowed us to leave the bags after our check out time so that we could easily visit around. Everything was cleaned and perfect, we even got some biscuits, water, tea and coffee stuff, which is really appreciated and not everyone provides it. Really recommended!

The inn looks like it's out of an agatha Christie novel which is amazing and very authentic, the music night was so lively, also the room is cozy and clean with a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The room was so clean and smelled so good when i checked in. Stockport is a great place to walk around as a tourist because it is very old with amazing buildings like you're walking in a medieval town and although it is not close to city centre that was okay for me as a i loved a bus ride to see tge city i mean I'm not here just to shop.

A beautiful, spacious and immaculate property, with everything you could need for the perfect break. Kath and Ivan are charming and thoughtful hosts who went out of their way to ensure our stay was everything we’d wished for and more besides. The house is just a short walk to the pretty town of Disley (where you’ll find an excellent baker, butcher and several decent pubs) but the views from the garden are so magnificent that we barely left!

Our hostess, Lucy, was warm and welcoming. The cottage is beautifully and tastefully decorated and furnished, and everything we needed, had been thoughtfully provided. It was a cosy, home from home experience, and we are already planning our return visit. It is situated at the edge of the lovely village of Disley, with beautiful surrounding scenery.
