This was a last minute booking after a very stressful time when we couldn't get into our original booked accommodation elsewhere due to extremely poor communication & this place literally saved our entire weekend. Straight away we got an email through with clear instructions on how to get to & into the property. The place itself was lovely & even though it was a shared kitchen space & bathrooms they were immaculate & the bathrooms were of a much higher standard than I have ever experienced in previous sites with shared 1's. We had an amazing stay & my hard to please teenage daughter can't wait to stay again which says a lot. I highly reccomend a stay here to others.

A very typical Yorkshire market town.

A very typical Yorkshire market town. Plenty of shops and bars. The cheapest Wetherspoons I've been to. The town is quite compact, so not far to see all the shops. We went to Burton Agnes Hall, which we really enjoyed. In the other direction is Sledmere House, another place worth visiting. About 10 miles away is Bridlington, and the East coast. Plenty to see and do.

A lovely friendly small town with lots of independent shops and businesses. Plenty of places to eat and its got a lot of its old character giving it lots of charm. It seems theres some lovely walks in the area too, around the countryside and canal.

Lovely little market town, had a wander round on Thursday...

Lovely little market town, had a wander round on Thursday which was market day and was a lovely feel to it with independent traders selling. Absolutely loved the proper old school greengrocers there too, every town should have one, spent a small fortune in there very happily, most of the items are local too. Shout out to the amazing mural in town too

The town was not that attractive as there were too many take...

The town was not that attractive as there were too many take-away food outlets and public houses. Unfortunately the town does not seem to have any significant employers other than the service sector and with one long time hotel now closed we were fortunate to be recommended to go to Hotel 41. The greatest benefit is that it has a railway station at the bottom of the town so journeys to the east coast are quite simple.

Kilham in Driffield is a pretty and peaceful village....in...

Kilham in Driffield is a pretty and peaceful village....in beautiful countryside. A well appointed place to stay to reach the local areas such as Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough. There is a garage with a small but well stocked shop for necessities. The busy local pub serves excellent food and the staff are warm and welcoming.

Very peaceful, no light pollution it was like another world. The village is lovely, people we saw were friendly. Great pub The Old Star serves good meals at a reasonable price. The staff were run off their feet but always helpful, friendly and attentive. I was sad to go.

I stayed here for one night as a treat to myself. And it certainly was a treat! I was greeted by a friendly face at Reception and taken up to room which was gorgeous. An amazing big, comfortable bed and everything was very clean. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and plenty available to order and choose from for breakfast the next morning - breakfast was also lovely. I also had a massage and facial from Sarah located in the hotel which was amazing. I can safely say I would definitely stay here again

Everything, we arrived yesterday after staying in a run-down hotel in Scarborough and didn't get any sleep all night. We arrived at the farm to tranquil views, horses, and friendly staff and a beautiful apartment. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept peacefully. The sunset was stunning. Looking out watching the horses all night was amazing. We will be back.

Tidy little property and a nice change from a generic hotel as I was staying for 2 nights for work. Right on the high street but set back slightly so no noise or anything. Large car park behind/close to the property so parking was easy. Has everything you need for a quick break or short stop over. Ideal. Thumbs up.
