The host, advised the property was open and available early with the keys inside. We met the host on arrival. This properly is exceptional, it’s the benchmark and was the best overall of where we have stayed in for over 100’s of properties. It has been recently fully renovated and now has been painted outside white so current photos are out of date. The host was extremely generous with breakfast and basic supplies. It is fully equipped for self catering and bathroom, bedroom and living rooms are roomy and well fitted out. You share the washing and drying facilities with her adjacent property. The location is excellent for visiting the Glenariff Forest Park and other Glens north and south. There is ample parking on site.

The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. We had a sea and cliff view from one window and a beautiful peak out the other (which we climbed one of the days). It is located on the coast in the heart of the Antrim glens with stunning scenery in every direction. Cushendall itself is lovely, beautiful beaches on either side and mountains to the rear. Breakfast facilities were perfect and our room was cleaned and restocked every day without fail. Sionadh, who runs it with her husband was lovely and gave us some great information about the local area and things to do. Would definitely stay here next time I'm visiting the area as it's so comfortable and so close to so many beautiful places of interest.

Small coastal village with nice pubs and chippy. Close to other coastal villages and not too far from many attractions in northern Ireland. We visited Cultra, north coast, glens of Antrim, Magherafelt etc.

We loved the hot tub it was kept warm the entire evening, and the Hideaway is so cosy with a kitchen all to yourself and Netflix on the TV, everything was clean and tidy with breakfast options of porridge, eggs, scones, cereal.

Nice relaxing , peaceful, easy enough to find . Nice wee resturaunt a couple of miles away called Laragh Lodge meals came out quickly and was really nice. Prices are actually good considering it is in the middle of a forest lol.

The Glenariff nature reserve offers beautiful views with...

The Glenariff nature reserve offers beautiful views with the Glenariff river and waterfalls ; Cushendall city is stunning with the beach with in 3 min drive . Do not miss the costal drive towards Carnlough harbour with a 45 min boat ride and Cranny Falls . Drive to Larne is stunning , you might see a few seals along the way. Also recommend drive to Bally Castle Beach and Pan s Rock Pier to watch the sunset !

The property was clean,fresh bed linen and towels. Host was friendly. Plenty of cupboard space. Stunning views of the sea and Glens. A small patio area with table and chairs and total privacy. Visited Portrush, Ballycastle and all the small villages in between. Ballintoy is a must. Stunning place and a fabulous restaurant /cafe.

Best out Country and Beach

Best out Country and Beach Beach is in a bay so protected by mountains, the sand and water are clean, and there are toilets , café, Play park , .. so very good on the other side the Mountains with walks and waterfalls.
