The Fern family are just adorable and so kind and thoughtful. They helped us with Where to go and how. They just wanted to share their kitchen, their food, their time. We travel a lot, however we have rarely met such accommodating people.

The room was beautiful. The food and drink was exceptional. The location was lovely and refreshing. Lot's of lovely walks by the Estuary and in the country and plenty of bar and café options nearby. A brilliant place. 10/10

Wonderful rural location just off the A12 and a 10 minute walk into Dedham village, plenty of free parking, friendly staff, beautifully decorated and furnished buildings, facilities set over three sites within two or three minutes drive of each other but staff will ferry you backwards and forwards, room and breakfast excellent value and high-end restaurant serves delicious food.

Great location in the city centre, lot's of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff was very friendly. In the room we found a lot of tea, some coffee, cookies, earplugs, which shows everthing is thought of. The beds were the best we ever had in a hotel. And our favorite was the English breakfast, both regular and vegetarian.

We found this hotel for our summer vaction through Google and were directly in love with the photos of this old and historic building and it's wonderful countryside. But the view in person was even better! The rooms are wonderful and romantic, the staff is more than heartwarming and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. In all my years I n ever have seen such passion for their job! The restaurant and breakfast are simply amazing and I had the best Egg Benedict in my life! I can only recommend this hotel for vacation, marriages and a nice weekend if you are looking for something simply amazing!

    The people of Great Bromley were willing to help out, are friendly and without their trouble I wouldn't have located the property. Top marks to Great Bromley and the people in the pub. I am not part of a young couple but an elderly couple. I didn't eat. In the dark nothing is easy anywhere.
