Absolute beautiful property at the price range. The 2 ladies at the reception were very helpful they helped us even with our luggage. Although i would say that the variety of food was a bit less in the breakfast but nonetheless the food was tasty

Staff were amazing, lady working there (sorry I didn’t get her name) even offered to drive us to the church, for the wedding we were there for, as I was wearing a new pair of shoes. Breakfast especially the fruit salad was also.better than most places we have stayed. Very handy for shops and bars and also a stroll by the river.

What a nice place to stay Suburban Birmingham! Big clean rooms in an english styled Hotel. Nice restaurant and Bar, huge pool and Fitnessarea (used by locals too). Free Parking area in front of the hotel! We come back next year for sure!

    Great as a base as close to town centre.

    Great as a base as close to town centre. Apartment was on a busy road but ok. Street was dirty though, rubbish bags piled up and lying about. Would not rule it out as an area as this may not be the norm.
