I hadn't been to Lincoln before and was really looking forward to seeing the Cathedral, Castle, narrow streets with interesting shops, and finding out about the history. I was not disappointed and could easily have spent more time here. Two days was not enough. The guided tour of the Cathedral is definitely worth doing and the Castle Wall Walk affords great views. Not Much happens in this county.
Not Much happens in this county. I was there because of a business obligation. Most of the County is lovely unspoilt farmland . There are Tourist attractions but many only open at weekends - its not worth their while as there is little passing trade. Sleaford is awful for parking- a one way system and parking restrictions everywhere. It appears to be a town in decline- lots of Turkish Barbers and empty shop units. Aggresive signs everywhere about how large your fine will be if you contravene their parking regulations.Guest review byDavidUnited Kingdom - 10.0

beautiful villages and beaches. we visited Woodhall Spa first well worth a visit. lovely fish Chip shop in Sutton on Sea, Waldo's had small fish & peas, 2 small sausage and chips 1 jumbo sausage and chips,and 2 waters £22 and they were great . very poor and expensive one on the beach in Mablethorpe. the one near the Mermaid charged £17 for 2 drinks, small chips and 1 chicken wrapGuest review bysandraUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Very clean and has everything you need for the stay. The many extras that were provided free of charge made the stay even better. The cathedral is beautiful and situated in the Bailgate area along with the castle and its array of unique shops, bars restaurants, teashops and more. There is a cobbled street which goes from the Bailgate all the way down to the centre of Lincoln with the canal running right through the city to the marina and beyond, there are also plenty of shops, bars restaurants, coffee shops, two cinemas and more.Guest review by#KazaniUnited Kingdom - 10.0
