I cannot rate this property and host high enough. From the time of booking, Barry (the host) communicated well and was extremely responsive. The hosts waited up until midnight to greet us and show us around the apartment. Barry and Marcia are super hosts, so helpful and friendly. The apartment is superb - comfortable, modern, well-equipped, spacious, spotless and quiet...our stay was most enjoyable. The hosts exceeded all expectation with a full stocked fridge, refreshments, cereal, croissants - everything we needed for an early breakfast. So thoughtful. This apartment is certainly a home away from home. We will most definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.

I can’t compliment the staff enough, they were all genuinely helpful and very pleasant, this is rarely experienced in my experience. Breakfast was excellent and there were many options available, an absolute must! The hotel is well placed for shopping and getting around. The room I had was slightly dated but the price I paid was reflective of this, and it was cleaned daily! There were tea and coffee mailing facilities and an iron and board in the room. Allinall an excellent experience with special thanks to Bruna on reception, Shelley and Johnny in the kitchen and Keeley for tidying up after me.

The place is very clean and well located in town center, on the Princess Street. A short walk from Bolton Train Station and Bus Interchange. For the money, it was a lot more than I expected. There were tea and coffee facility in the kitchen with two Fridges and Microwave, I was really impressed with this newly refurbished accommodation, will definitely stay again.
