Nice location to explore Scottish Highlands, it had a best price compared to others nearby for a moment we booked. We encountered an issue with hot water in sink, but it was resolved quickly by host 👍

The pod is perfectly located for the Great Glen Way walk. No need to worry about transport back onto the track. The pod has a very comfortable bed and although compact has everything you need and more. I recommend purchasing their pizza dough and making your own pizza in the pizza oven on the deck. Also has a BBQ, fireplace and spa. Highly recommend.

Great location with amazing views all around.

Great location with amazing views all around. Quiet and remote enough to have peacefull rest and close enough to many points of interest. Lots to do and see in the local area. We visited Glen Nevis, had a kanoe day on the Loch Lochy, had a ride on the boat to see seals at Loch Eil, visited Corpach Viewpoint with famous shipwreck, visited Treasures of the Earth crystals museum, good cafes and dining places in Fort William, great loal walks like Pattack Falls, and Creag Meagaidh National Nature Reserve, visited famous Glenfinnan Viaduct from Harry Potter. One of the best stays ever, we've met excited tourists from all around the world which tells you it is well worth to visit.

Roybridge is a good base for exploring or walking. Also on a train line for those on public transport (not sure of timetable as we didn't use. We didn't eat in the pub but recommend those in Fort William for atmosphere as well as good food.

Great location for access to local mountains. Our trip was based around climbing Ben Nevis and given that Torlundy car park is only 15 minute drive from here it was perfect. Don't expect too much of a town here though.. Fort william is your best bet for bars and groceries.

The location was perfect for us, mid-way between Skye and Fife. It is a beautiful location only 10 miles from Fort William which was en route for us the following day. The village has a couple of inns / small hotels serving food in their bars (only until 8pm when we were there - a Friday evening). There’s also a direct train to London Euston - the sleeper - if you want to have a holiday of extremes!

Roybridge was a hidden gem, approached by a steep, winding mountain road and a revelation of natural beauty. Why go abroad when there is so much beauty and peace to be experienced in our home country?

Roybridge is a small village in the highlands of Scotland,...

Roybridge is a small village in the highlands of Scotland, roughly 20/25mins north of Fort William. There are two pubs, one is dog friendly. However, the Roybridge Hotel [dog friendly hotel] did not make us feel welcome when we arrived for an evening meal. The food was acceptable but the atmosphere was not. We opted to do our own catering at our self-catered cabin. There is a SPAR shop at the next village [Speanbridge] where you can buy most items fresh/tins etc. The area is outstandingly beautiful. The location allows ease of access to a lot of visits within the highlands, for example Loch Ness is an hour away, Nevis ski gondola 15 mins away etc. If you go self-catered there are other supermarkets in Fort William and in Fort William you can access the Jacobite steam train which travels across the Glenfinnan viaduct [as seen in Harry Potter] twice going to and from Mallaig. Skye is accessible within a 2hour 30min drive [to Portree] or you could drive to Mallaig and get the ferry across to Armadale.

This hotel provides all facilities you need, including a fireside lounge and even a small spa, gym, and a games room. The hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming - to our surprise, we got two chocolate Easter eggs at breakfast which was a nice gesture. The staff are helpful and welcoming, they kindly provided guidance on the hikes we were planning for the following days. The breakfast and dinner service were excellent too. Great value for money in this area - highly recommend!

Mu husband and I were traveling around Scotland and stayed in many hotels/B&B. East Park was defiantly the best accommodation of them all. The cleanliness was second to none, the location was beautiful and Teresa could not do enough for us. It was a continental breakfast which was lovely.....did not miss a cooked breakfast due to everything else that East Park had to offer. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in that area.

Val and Stuart could not have been more helpful. They gave us lots of tips and ideas for restaurants and safe cycling trails and allowed us to keep and charge our e-bikes in their garage. The location near Roybridge, is convenient for touring the area and a 15 minute drive to Glen Nevis, to climb Ben Nevis. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and bright, and had every convenience including a lovely balcony with excellent views.

Mizpah is like a five star motel, very clean and modern. There is no reception, but we received excellent instructions on how to find Mizpah and how to operate the entryways. There are notice boards full of local information. We arrived about 4 pm and took a lovely little 5k woodland walk along the river Spean near Roybridge. Then we had an excellent meal at Old Station Restaurant

Locally there was a Cafe for Breakfast / Lunch and a Hotel for evening Dinner, both outrageously expensive. My tip to anyone would be to bring your own food and cook it yourself.
