We had a great stay. All the staff welcomed us warmly and they were always very nice with a positive spirit. Rooms are reasonable from its size and new renovated. We loved our stay and will definitely come again.

The hotel was stunning and in a beautiful location. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was gorgeous- huge with a super comfortable extra large bed. Bathroom large and very clean with large towels. The bonus was the delightful large balcony with marvellous views down to Cardiff and the Bristol Channel. We had a delicious vegetarian dinner and the vegetarian breakfast was also great. The icing on the cherry for us was the bay for free charging of electric cars overnight with room for at least 6 cars. It made our journey the next day very easy. I can safely say it’s the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Very nice stay! Staffs were all so friendly and welcoming, check in and check out was easy and they provided free luggage storage for few hours after we checked out. The room was quiet and clean, big enough to be able to fully open suitcases, decorations and lights were true to the display photos and had everything needed, curtains were very good at block the light and air conditioning worked perfectly. We will definitely consider to stay again for future travel!

The staff are soooo friendly and helpful The room was spotlessly clean There's a pub downstairs which is convenient for a quick meal if you're checking in later I'm the day, and surprisingly don't hear the pub in the evening at all The chocolate brownie and ice cream at the pub...to die for! 😋 Also, the shower was GREAT!!

It's a very pleasant hotel. A great location into the city centre. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. It's a very pleasant stay. The rooms are very clean and spacious. This is my fifth time staying there. I love it. The breakfast is fab. Great choice of food . The adjoining room was great for what we needed it for. A 10/10 stay and we can't wait to come and stay again.
