The hosts were amazing, great contact with them before and throughout our stay. They're very kind and welcoming people. They go the extra mile for their guests, which really elevates the experience. We had access to guest pantry with some light breakfast options, the room was very clean and beautifully decorated. I lived in Deal for 24 years prior to moving back to Scotland. We chose this property because it’s exactly where you need to be. Right next to the shops, buses, seafront and just a few minutes walk to the trains. It’s also quiet enough that your not disturbed by the Deal nightlife. The accommodation was stunning and has everything you need. The decor was fascinating and very interesting. And there’s books! I love books. The property is excellent value for money and the hosts are above and beyond helpful. We are already planning our next visit ♥️

This property is on a Parkdean Holiday Park, so I was sceptical of the facilities, but this was unfounded. The staff were attentive to a tee and interested in our plans. Site is small, but clean and tidy.

The staff were great.

The staff were great. Restaurant was above average and good pricing. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, well decorated. Bathroom big and tidy. In London you pay twice the price for half the space and quality. This place was ideal, and just four miles from Dover docks.

The area is nice for nature and hiking lovers. although you must be careful, since almost like everywhere else in the UK if you must share the roads with cars, the roads are very narrow with no dedicated walk paths.

The position for me to get to the ferry port.

The position for me to get to the ferry port. As I was only staying for one night I only manage to walk to the local village which had restaurants if you wanted one.I had a meal on the ferry because time was short.

great location for a weekend break away from kids/job/routine and time to take stock of life. We;d hoped to enjoy visiting the local beach and do some coastal walks ........ but the persistent horizontal rain put paid to that so fortunately we'd brought some sporty gear so could make good use of the gym. The property charges £10 for being shown the equipment in the gym ( compulsory ) which i did think a little cheeky but if it prevents time-wasting and meaning the gym is only being frequented by people actually wanting to use it then maybe its a good thing

Booked a room at the hotel , went to check in to find out we were double booked and no room at Hotel. was put in a caravan, a dirty caravan with so many spiders on the ceiling. Staff weren't helpful or apologetic at all. Facilities weren't nice restaurant had stains all over carpet. Not a good place to keep kids entertained. Really needs some money put into site.

The room was okay, but as for the breakfast it was not served until 9am, and that was hot food to order. So I had to wait a further 20mins for it to be served. Most hotels serve breakfast from about 7am, if not earlier. I had to eat at a nearby restaurant to avoid losing too much time. Plus no fruit, toast or cereals were provided. Evening meals were ok, though I don’t like having to download an app, fill in all my details, enter my table no etc.

We stopped here prior to an early ferry from Dover. It’s an easy 20 minute drive to the port. St. Margaret’s Bay itself is nice to visit and we had a good meal at the Coastguard pub there. The hotel rooms are in a block in the centre of a caravan site, where there is also a bar, restaurant, indoor pool and small shop. The room had a kettle with tea/coffee makings.
