Had a comfortable one night stay. Belinda was lovely. It was very clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee and sugar was provided with fresh milk in the fridge. I slept really well. Couldn't have been any better.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff at the reception were very friendly and gave me great tips for my holiday, I instantly felt very welcomed. The housekeepers were also very nice and they did a great job, my room was exceptionally clean. The room itself felt very cosy and comfortable and the view from the window was just wonderful, I don't think that I am exaggerating when I say that I felt like at home. I came for a relaxing couple of days and a cup of tea with a view of the sea in the morning was just what I needed. There is a bar with entertainment downstairs but with earplugs in I didn't hear a thing and slept comfortably throughout the night.

Lovely hotel, staff were superb and very helpful, room was big and comfortable, ambience was excellent, facilities are great, location is perfect! Diego in particular was super helpful, with great restaurant recommendations and advice. He is a genuinely lovely person to speak to and couldn't have done more to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Everyone else we spoke to was also extremely friendly and helpful - a nice balance between being attentive, but not overbearing. Lovely people. We can't wait to go back!

My husband and I had a room on the ground floor and from our window we could see the sea. The B&B from outside looks quite old fashion. I was not expecting to find a lovely room, with a great wardrobe, lovely cotton sheets, very comfortable bed, modern private bathroom, a large mirror, tea, coffe, hairdrier, television, a table by the window and 2 chairs with cushions. All the staff are very friendly and in the morning I was surprised by a menu with several choices of breakfast and besides that we were also offered yoghurt and fruit. My English breakfast and my husband[s vegetarian were absolutely amazing and the presentation really lovely. We met an American couple who had been on a very nice cruise and decided to stay in Brighton on this small B&B because the reviews were great and this was the reason I chose it but never expected to be really so true. Congratulations to all the staff. I will sure be back to the New Stein Hotel- B&B

I loved everything. Room exceeded my expectations - very clean and roomy. Staff were amazing - friendly, helpful and attentive. Location was great. I visited when storm Bert hit so limited as to what to do. Luckily I chose to stay at The Grand which made up for what I missed.

    We were attending a wedding being held at the Saltdean Lido.

    We were attending a wedding being held at the Saltdean Lido. Our hostess kindly let us enter earlier than normal, to allow us to change into our wedding finery, having driven down from Buckinghamshire. We would certainly recommend a visit to the Lido - it's fabulous. They've done a truly superb refurbishment of an Art Deco landmark, including the pretty pool. We happened on the accommodation by chance. What luck. Should we need accommodation in the Greater Brighton area in the future, this would be our go-to destination. Situated just a few hundred yards from the coast road, it's a perfect jumping off point without the fuss, bother, cost and hassle of a central Brighton location. Some of our fellow wedding guests were envious of what a little haven we'd discovered. An unexpected gem!

    The village is small with pretty cottages , a farm and the 10th Century Church of St Laurence. It is located in the South Downs area, about five miles from Newhaven. It is an ideal place for anyone who enjoys the countryside, nature and rural walks. Good range of attractive places to visit within easy driving distance including historic Lewes, county town of East Sussex. It should be noted that there is not a bus service to Telscombe, but Newhaven Taxis are 24/7.

    A comfortable well refurbished cottage excellent quality finish small but planned well. Only change an extra cupboard for your non refrigerated items no where to put things like bread cereals or non refrigerated items as it is self catering accommodation, all the cupboards are full no extra space for these items.

    Absolutely lovely cottage upgrade. Very relaxing setting. No host interaction needed. The stud farm situation was interesting. Slight disadvantage having the parking at different level for those with health problems, but manageable. Parking was clearly signed, which was helpful.
