The receptionist staff very smiling and friendly, and room was amazing big and amazing decorated with swans created with a towels absolutely incredible beautiful!!!!! thank You so much for a nice surprise for us! we felt a very welcome and special....100% we will definitely back to this hotel!!!!!

I loved everything, the location by the seafront. The balcony where you can sit and watch the sea, have a meal and a drink enjoying the view. The receptionist was attentive, let me check in early and showed me to the room. I loved the fridge in the room. The fan did the job too. Newly refurbished hotel.

Unfortunately we were visiting to go to a funeral however the hotel was excellent. Garden grounds were extremely spacious and well maintained. Would recommend 😊

We had a great time - Room was bigger than expected. The small balcony was great. Perfect location with easy access to shops and restaurants. Walking distance from Adventure Island and the pier. Breakfast selection was great, freshly cooked and tasty. There is also a water cooler available, where you can refill your water bottles free of charge.

    There are 2 great features to this studio.

    There are 2 great features to this studio. The balcony area is fanatastic with lovely views and table and chairs. I had good weather so this made up for slight lack of space inside. The other great thing is the bathroom. Large and very clean with full size bath and seperate shower cubicle, The one point not so good was the maintenance of the wooden stairs. They need some work for guests to feel safe when using them. The bed is very comfy but, as the studio is small, it does take up a lot of the space. Very much enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to other travellers

    west cliff on sea is very nice especially when the sun...

    west cliff on sea is very nice especially when the sun shines!we love walking along the sea front,getting fish and chips and relaxing in the sun.and when it rained we went to the art gallery and the central museum.we also went to an italian restaurant and a chinese one.
