Gregori and his parents are lovely people who shared their home with us. Gregori speaks English and showed us his little farm. He gave us travel recommendations. We enjoyed plenty of homemade delicious food (best Khatchapuri Georgias) and wine. It is a wonderful place to relax and come in touch with Georgian life in the countryside. We chose this chalet as it has an interesting location, very good ratings and a suitable price near the center of Kutaisi. Mamuka and Giorgi (owners of several chalets in this complex) were friendly and open to advice and to help us (we were welcomed with tea and coffee, one day we were booked into a restaurant). We felt like we were visiting our best friends who appreciated us very much. The great atmosphere from the owners is unbeatable. We stay in an average of 50 different hotels a year (both private villas, houses and 4*-5* hotels) and in most hotels the owners or staff treat guests like water, not doing anything out of the hotels bounds, with strained smiles and standard requests (this is normal). We felt like long awaited and valued guests at this hotel. Fully recommended, a magical experience and unbeatable value for money where quality is so much more.

Excellent hotel with a warm, family-like atmosphere — the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's a spacious shared kitchen fully equipped with everything you might need (pots, plates, mugs, wine glasses, etc.). Rooms are very clean, modern, and spacious, with balconies. Each room includes a welcome set, kettle, mugs, a small fridge, as well as bathrobes and slippers. Private parking is available for guests, and laundry services are offered at very reasonable prices.
