The beds are very comfortable. The room is very clean and well equipped. The hosts are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is the best we ever had in Georgia, with a great view of the landscape. The location is just perfect!

Great hospitality. Very good breakfast ( they provided their own homemade products for breakfast). Beautiful garden 👏🏻. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that was needed. They accepted our dog without an extra pay. We really liked the fact that they produce their own food( honey, bread, jams, Georgian local sweets, homemade alcohol too 🥂, which of course you can buy it). In general the location is great, and just 10min by car to Ancient cave city. We would highly recommend this place!

We liked the room with the large windows. Wenn we woke up in the morning, we cuold watch the birds in the tree. We felt soo good in the room, the bed was very comtortable. There is also a garden with flowers, where the guests can relax. When we arrived, there was an arrangement of garden flowers in our room. We had breakfast and dinner. Alexandre's wife is exzellent in cooking georgian specialities. We have been in Georgia for one month, and their khinkali are the best we ver had. Akexandre was always looking, if the guests are well. We had a lot of fun during our stay in this special place. In this reagion you can visit Vardsia, Sulfur baths, a fortress and a beautiful nature. Thanks to Alexandre and his family.

We toral recommend Luni's accommodation. The place is beautiful, close to Vardzia. The apartment is very clean, beautiful, and super-equipped. The hosts are incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

If you want to experience genuine Georgian hospitality, that's the place! There are only two rooms and this provides a very intimate experience. Host are super welcoming and great to talk to. Food and Georgi's wine among the best we had in Georgia (and we been in Georgia many times!). The place is outside of the crowded part of Vardzia and is extremely quiet. Rooms are very good and tastefully furnished. A highlight of our trip!
