You get what you see and this was excellent because most Hotels on booking are showing wrong pics from the room etc. The Hotel is well maintained you have no bad smell in the bathroom etc.

Location is right on the beach with view of the sea. The personnel did not speak english but we managed to sort everything out. They were very nice and helpful. It was a surprise that the breakfast starts at 10am, but we were quite happy about it. The food was not any special, very basic continental breakfast. There is enough parking.

It was my first time in kobuleti and it couldn't have been better. The weather was beautiful and the hotel exceeded all expectations. Rooms were clean and neat, the staff and the owners were very polite and lovely. The view from our room was especjally beautiful during the sunset, make sure you don't miss it. We are totally going back again next year.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very beginning. The breakfast was absolutely delicious—fresh, homemade, and with a great variety. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Highly recommended!
