This is an amazing place to return to, which we did by staying for another night. All the rooms are new and have everything you need and more, with a stunning mountain vew’s. A very tasty and hearty breakfast with great view. I would like to express my gratitude to Niko for his hospitality. It felt like we were visiting a friend. I highly recommend this place. Incredible views all around. Clean, comfortable, and warm rooms. Easy check-in. En suite showers and bathrooms with good water pressure and some soap/shampoo. Comfortable chairs on balcony for looking at view, with some normal chairs around a table in the room for meals, working from, having morning coffee, etc. Hammock and more lounging chairs are upstairs and outside. The lounge/dining area downstairs had coffee, tea, extra cups, plates, etc. 5min walk to centre of town.

In hindsight, I would have stayed a day less but that had...

In hindsight, I would have stayed a day less but that had nothing to do with Kazbegi but the place I stayed. After seeing Rooms Hotel and dining there, I could definitely stay there for a week and enjoy Kazbegi region. Also, if I go again, I'd probably rent a car in Tbilisi and drive there. Roads are OK without snow and the traffic is not bad at all. Spring and early autumn should be really good in Kazbegi. I liked the close by Sno Village a lot, lovely place.

We wanted a hotel with a Mountain View & Grand View was just perfect for that. We hiked up to the church early in the morning to take in the views of Kazbegi & rewarded ourselves with a delicious breakfast in town @ Tiba after - really recommend . Short & sweet trip !

Went there in July which gave us perfect 20°C and a hideaway from the extreme heat in the valleys. Absolutly wonderful views of the mountains around town. Lots of different treks from novice to expert. The town itself is a bit of a construction zone probably due to yearly spring floodings.

Absolutely stunning!

Absolutely stunning! The drive up is incredible with amazing views at every turn. Gergeti Trinity Church with Mount Kazbeg towering behind it was breathtaking - one of the most beautiful sights I've ever seen. Great hiking, fresh mountain air, and jaw-dropping scenery everywhere. Even with some clouds, the views were spectacular. Perfect day trip from Tbilisi despite the long drive.

The town is busy being on the Georgian Military Highway and...

The town is busy being on the Georgian Military Highway and lacks the charm of other towns. However, the beauty is in the absolutely gorgeous surrounding landscape and the hiking. Do the Trinity Church hike and drive to the Dariali Monastery Complex on the Russian border and have a nice lunch at the cafe.

It is a great location, fully isolated, view is stunning. House is excellent and accurate, everything needed was there - good bed (there are 2 double) good kitchen, bathroom and music speaker. Good terrace and grill. I visited Kazbegi area several times and I can say the morning view is one of the best even compared to famous alternative hotels this place might be a good option for those who wanna make everything by themselves and feel fully isolated. The owner is great and easy to communicate

This place was the highlight of our trip to Georgia. The host lady was incredibly kind and always smiling. The room and all the facilities were spotlessly clean—it felt more like a hotel room. The shared kitchen was cozy and tidy, and the host was happy to accommodate any request. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, and the location is right in the heart of the city. Everything was just perfect. It's a place I will definitely return to when I'm back in Georgia.
