Beautiful place in a garden with beautiful plants and bushes. No noise. The swimming pool is small but clean. Next beach is Africa beach in 10 minutes walking distance. The rooms are big and have a modern and very comfortable king size bed. Air conditioning is also modern and well maintained. I felt at home there from the moment I checked in because all the personnel there is so friendly and helpful. Free airport transfer! The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent (I was asking for omelette every day) and it was served by a super friendly smiling waitress every morning. Perfect!

I had an amazing stay at Bassi Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The food was excellent . The location was also perfect and quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Everything was on point. The Host was very pleasant and accommodating, the apartment was surprisingly hugh, clean, decor tastefully done very modern. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood serene environment Breakfast was simple and nice. I traveled with my family and the children had lots to entertain them. There was a swing set and ping pong table for them to play. Which they did. Swing needs updating but it was fine. Overall I would highly recommend for a small family vacation.

This is a true hidden gem! ❤️ The environment is so beautiful and serene, unlike anything I've seen in Ghana. The beach is very clean and quiet. The resort itself is very clean, and the staff is super welcoming. Food and beverages are good but definitely more on the pricier side, which is understandable, but something you should be aware of. This is the place to book for a perfect getaway!

Takoradi is currently undergoing road works.

Takoradi is currently undergoing road works. No doubt once all road works are completed it will mean shorter driving time getting out of town and heading towards Axim. I would recommend a visit to the Bisa Aberewa Museum, close to the Effia Nkwanta Hospital. The museum is five years old, a fount of knowledge and well equipped with Pan African history. A must visit for all visitors to Takoradi I didn't visit the Takoradi Market circle but I drove past it
