The place to catch the railway up the mountains to Kalavryta. It also has a limited rail service to Athens and is close the the main Pelopponees motorway. It is very much off the tourist map and the town offers little in the way of attractions. It is however ideal for those wishing a quiet stay. This is the case of Panoramic Hotel. Everything was above expectations: The rooms were very nice and clean., the view from the balcony is beautiful, the terrace under the trees is nice and cozy and especially how the staff is treating people is amazing. He gave us some great tips about the Diakopto train which was very helpful. The place itself is huge and has wonderful views.
