The hotel is near a beach. Breakfast is served in the fourth floor with amazing views over the sea. The staff are lovely. This is the only hotel that had a kettle, 4 bags of tea and 2 coffee sachets. I also got free nuts and biscuits as well as 2 bottles of mineral water.

This hotel exceeded our expectations on most fronts. From the first step into the apartment you can feel the architects at work. So many details that have been thought through in order to make your stay as relaxing as possible. 10/10 would stay there again. We liked the view, the heated pool, the overall setup of the apartment, the gym with yoga corner and a sauna, the fact that you got plenty of drinking water, coffee and tea (replenished daily). I could continue this list and this would be a long one. Our hosts were proffessional and available via whatsup which is always a convinient option.

The rooms were exceptional, very spacious. We stayed here to play golf and it was a good course. We enjoyed the restaurant, pool and gym. You do need a car to get to see other things aside from golf.

Very cool hotel and truly a different experience compared to any other hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff were very nice and friendly and they made us feel as being part of a community not just guests. The rooms were spacious and clean and we really enjoyed the pool view from our balcony, the poolside DJ and the evening entertainment (live band, violin and saxophone players). Overall, I think they have a cool hotel concept and we’re planning on visiting again in the future.

pleasure and a nice surprise for us. The hotel has an excellent management and this is undoubtedly the merit of Mr. Niko and the very good and capable staff with whom they had correct communication. On the other hand, we appreciate the cleanliness of the property, the food and the location in the city center and the sea. Overall a very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly, not annoying. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful. There are several pools and they are not very crowded. The rooms are clean, there are additional creams and hygiene products. We had a room with a private pool - very cool, the pool is refreshing. The location of the hotel is a small town 15 minutes from the beach. A very atmospheric village - with a large number of restaurants of Greek and European cuisine.

It was about a ten minutes walk uphill part way to Koutouloufari, loads of restaurants and bars, a fabulous experience. Walk a little further and you come to Piscopiano, also excellent. Walk down the hill and you come to restaurants with Greek dancing and plate smashing, also excellent.

As it’s built into the mountains, reasonable mobility is desirable, however it is disable friendly and the taxis are cheap, On site there are lots of steps and inclines to the facilities, as well as lifts, but I’m sure a persons needs could be accommodated to all the pools and restaurants. I’m 71 and managed to walk into town/star beach ok, enjoyed the exercise tbh! Overall the hotel is brilliant for families with children of all ages. I would go back for sure! The town is superb, so much choice for eating/drinking out, shopping good, usual touristy stuff! People are friendly and very helpful.

Very nice Old Hersonissos. Many good restaurants and bars. Who likes more "turistic" area the new part of Hersonissos on the coast with lots of bars, restaurants, clubs and shopping street is very close.

The town has a lot to offer great food, bars, clubs.

The town has a lot to offer great food, bars, clubs. At night the town comes alive with lots to do and see. The cost of taxi rides are all the same and we stayed just outside at the Arminda hotel and spa (which was amazingly good). It's a great location to explore the island as the main road is a couple of miles away and this connects the island East to West. It was such a lovely place that I will probably go back sometime in the future.

Amazing Resort and extensive facilities on site. Staff are amazing. Also one of the best mani/pedi I ever had at the salon. Resort is about 30 minutes from airport, and would say for a 5* Europe resort, this lives up to expectation, but don't compare to a 5* Caribbean or Mexico Resort, so bear that in mind. We stayed at the Ocean view room which had spectacular views. The Rocky beach was just fantastic with the lounges and beds, and considering how busy this resort is, never noticed it and never felt overcrowded, and you never had to reserve benches or lounges by the beach or pool, there was more than enough to go round and even more spare. A la Carte restaurants that were amazing and my favourites are Umi (Sushi), Azzuro (Italian), Thalassa for breakfast & lunch, Poseidon. A real let down of the restaurants was Nami, only delicious items were the Starters. Staff at this resort were fantastic overall, but special thanks to the following: Anastasi, Konstantina, Angelina, Ritsa and Lucas.

Hersonissos is lively to many restaurants and bars. Having a car is an advantage as the best beaches and many restaurants recommended to us were not within walking distance. Best nearby restaurants were Areston and Avli. Skipper is reaonable on the restaurant strip. A bus service is available but we did not use it. Lots to do in Heraklion which can be reached by bus or car. We went to Agios Nikolaos and to Elounda. Good walks in both directions from the flat

Our stay at Grace villa was perfect. we stayed in Serenity villa and it had everything we needed, kitchen, iron, washing machine (also tablets for washing), fridge, private parking, perfect location, close to shops and restaurants... exceptionally clean, enough towels, and the view from the bed straight to the sea and the private pool is 10/10. all praise for the host Eleni, very kind and every day she took care if we needed anything. this will definitely be our choice again when we return to Crete!

The hotel is located 40 meters from the beach and at the beginning of Hersonisos corniche a place up to 5 khm full of restaurants bars and shops. The room was perfect spacious with big veranda and modern furnishings. Breakfast was very good with many varieties for everyone. Staff was exceptional friendly and assistive. Overall it was one of the most nice experience we had in Crete.

Modern and very clean. Had all the amenities one could need for a extended stay. Maria and Andreas are exceptional hosts and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived till the time we left. We were a group of 5 and it was a great place to relax and use as a base to explore around Crete during the off season. We greatly appreciated they're hospitality. Thanks !!

Just occasionally changed pre-booked hotel for Royal & Imperial Belvedere Resort and I'm so happy we did so, it was amazing vacation we spend with the friends. Personal was very friendly, great food and drinks and, of course, Crete itself!
